I lead Parkwood International’s Construction and Development Recruiting practice as the Executive Vice President to fuel the continued growth of this important business segments. I am responsible for a team of accomplished professionals that develop business and recruit in the Multifamily & Commercial Construction and Development Industries and I also run a full practice in concert and collaboration with the team.

I have developed a reputation for my tenacious pursuit of a strong slate of candidates that meet my client’s most exacting requirements. I am able to accomplish this difficult task, because of my deep and broad network of industry professionals.

Because I am a student of the industries, I am always among the first to spot trends and keep my clients informed about the shifting talent pool that is always in high demand.

The focus of my practice is to build long term business relationships with leaders in the Multifamily & Commercial Construction and Development Industries by engaging senior-level management and assisting them in filling critical positions, efficiently and effectively.

I am a facilitator of a discovery process, an effective manager of a review process and an ambassador of a closing process.
