About This Opportunity:
- Reports directly to the President and works in tandem with the Development Leadership in North Carolina
- Project & Team-Building Focus
- Opportunity to Build OR Learn to Build a ground-floor Multi-family Construction Team
- Robust, highly competitive compensation plus excellent short-term and long-term incentives
- Be willing to live in North Carolina full time
- Preferred North Carolina / Charlotte experience (i.e. municipalities, sub-contractors, etc.)
