Role: Lead Superintendent

Their current backlog is up to $723MM.  This is a sustainable organization.  They also have some of, if not the best, retention of field level employees.  This is a company that people retire from. 

This organization offers a career to field professionals that are passionate about the ACTUAL construction process.  Superintendents are co-equal with Project Managers and have authority and responsibility over every aspect of the building process from buyout to closeout.

Superintendents run each project like it is their own business.  They create and own the schedule, their staff manages RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals and they handle owner and design relations. They own the job and overall outcome of the job.

Individuals who will be successful in this role and with this company will have strong belief in the value of “keeping their word” and working as partners with their colleagues, owners, design teams, subs, etc., while driving towards solutions via open communication and levelheaded leadership.

Ultimately the position needs someone who has a heightened sense of PRIDE in accomplishing with a team.
