One very important position for the organization will be the addition of a Director of Marketing.  This individual will oversee all marketing, communications, and public relations strategies and ensure internal and external communication aligns with the business development strategy. 

The Director of Marketing will coordinate efforts for Business Development & Marketing as well as develop, produce, coordinate and implement various internal and external related marketing deliverable and services.
