Critical Opportunity:

Role: Director of Houston Construction Operations

Location: Houston, TX

Position Summary: The heart of this position is serving in a leadership capacity for the Houston regional office.  This individual should have soft skills and the ability to execute and lead.  Ideally, they will have a Project Management background but will still be supporting the entire Houston team.  They do have a traveling General Superintendent that will aid in supporting the Houston Field Management Team.  There will be heavy emphasis on Business Development and studying the market to develop a plan for project pursuits.  K-12 Experience Preferred.

Compensation:

• Base: Based on experience (happy to share range in conversation)
• Bonus: $150k guaranteed for 2 years (expecting 3% of Houston office profitability after that)
• Auto Allowance: $1000/m
• 401k: 7%
• PTO, Paid Holidays and Flex Days
