This location is a 205-bed regional referral teaching hospital for southern and eastern Idaho. They are a Level II trauma center, Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), a Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) certified cancer center, high-performing orthopedic services, and a full suite of cardiac care.

 

This is a comprehensive oncology clinic that knows cancer is a personal journey for every patient. Their team of medical oncologists and radiation oncologists follow the same guidelines as the world’s leading cancer centers, providing the best care they can to every patient.

 

This location is an outpatient center separate from the hospital and sees around 110+ patients a day. This person will report to the COO, who has been there for over four years. This person will have just under 40 FTEs. The ideal candidate will have strong provider and patient relationships to ensure the reputation of the center stays excellent to the community.

Requirements: 

• Must hold minimum of Bachelors degree in a related field, MBA, MSN, MHA preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in a healthcare leadership role within a multidisciplinary center setting. Radiation Oncology or Nursing Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in assessing healthcare trends to advance clinical programs.
