Parkwood is proud to represent a 103-bed, all private room hospital that includes a network of medical clinics serving Parker County right outside of the DFW Metroplex. The dedicated and experienced medical staff represents more than 31 medical specialties. Their health care services encompass inpatient and outpatient care, and medical, surgical and emergency care, to name a few. The hospital has received numerous awards and recognition, including Press Ganey Summit Award, The Joint Commission’s Top Performer in Key Quality Measures and The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval.

Description

Plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility. Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions. Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care. Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks; such as  Medical Record review and QA data.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 

Qualifications

Requires an associate's degree, at least 4 years of experience, and is certified as a registered nurse. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
