Manager/Senior Manager Omni Channel Marketing – Ophthalmology:

 

My client, a small fully integrated biopharmaceutical company based in Westchester County, New York discovers, invents, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines. They have an extensive solid pipeline, including multiple late stage development products, and are known for their scientific excellence.

If this sounds like the type of organization you would like to work for, keep reading. I am currently working on a Manager/Senior Manager Omni Channel Marketing – Ophthalmology role for this client. This person will support customer engagement/omni-channel strategy across HCP and Consumer.

 

You:                   

  • 8+ years digital marketing experience
  • CRM, print, digital, Web, media, Veeva
  • Strategic thinker
  • Open to agency experience, as well as other industries

  • Ophthalmology experience is a plus

TITLE:    Manager/Senior Manager Omni Channel Marketing – Ophthalmology

LOCATION:   Westchester County, New York                                

REPORTS TO:   Associate Director of Marketing

RELO:  Yes

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, Omni Channel Marketing - Ophthalmology will contribute to the financial success of the product
  • This position will support the team with brand initiatives across consumer and healthcare professional audiences
  • This includes the execution of the marketing plan, working closely with internal and external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree required; Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications
  • 8+ years of related marketing experience: agency and pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Expertise in leading multiple marketing campaigns at once across traditional print, digital (web and app), CRM, and media
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams of individuals, agency partners and vendor relationships
  • Strong business acumen to with the ability to activate highly technical digital projects from initial strategy through creative concept and delivery
  • Proven ability to execute based on inputs from cross-functional roles across an organization (e.g. creative, development, sales, analytics)
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to drive new opportunities and build creative solutions
  • Resourceful, decisive and proactive; must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with proven negotiation skills
  • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Technically adept with experience working on analytics reporting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Travel required (10-20%)
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics and honesty with the ability to serve as a credible and passionate champion for the Regeneron ophthalmology franchise
  • Forecasting and budgeting skills
