As a national leader in patient satisfaction, advanced technology and quality initiatives, this 500+ bed Magnet hospital is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating healthy lives for people and communities. 

They want a strong leader to join their team as the Director of Case Management. This person should have thorough knowledge of managed care utilization and quality management, experience in healthcare compliance, and be well versed in a variety of case management models using an interdisciplinary team approach. We have placed with this system several times, and know the kind of candidate that will be the right "fit." Are you it?

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Masters Degree (MBA or Masters in Health Related Field) preferred. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5 years experience in case management, social work or utilization management with at least 2 years in a management position. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Current license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.
