Construction Division Manager – Dynamic Leadership Role – DFW, TX

Our client is a privately held mid-sized commercial construction company headquartered in North Texas.  They have been in business for just over ten years and serve clients in nine states with the North Texas area currently being their most active market.  They have a strong track record of successfully delivering projects across the nine market segments in which they participate:  multi-family, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, education, worship, hospitality and restaurants.  The size of their projects currently ranges from $1 million to $40 million.

They are currently seeking an accomplished leader for a Division Manager role.  This position oversees a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers that, combined with field efforts, are responsible for delivering quality projects on time and under budget.

The company’s objectives over the next five years are to quadruple revenues, grow profits faster than revenues, and to diversify into additional geographic markets to position themselves for success through all parts of the business cycle.  To do this, they will need to grow and develop their team, and continue advancing their capabilities as a company to deliver larger and more complex client projects under budget, ahead of schedule, and to specifications.
