Associate Director, Sales Administration:

 

My client, a fully integrated, global biopharmaceutical company located in a western Boston suburb, has a diversified commercial product portfolio and a substantial clinical pipeline of product candidates for chronic diseases in CNS.

I am currently seeking an Associate Director, Sales Administration.

 

YOU:

  • 8+ years in a Sales Operations or related role
  • Experience hiring, developing and leading a team is a plus
  • Vendor management

  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical sales data sources such as IMS Health, Symphony Health and MMIT

TITLE: Associate Director, Sales Administration

LOCATION:  Western Boston, MA Area

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Sales Operations                                            RELO: Yes

 

The Associate Director of Sales Administration is responsible for leading, and the continued development of, key functions including sample management, CRM (Veeva), and the vehicle program for a growing commercial organization with two approved products and a portfolio of pipeline product candidates focused on CNS diseases.

 

This high-profile position will work with leadership of multiple commercial functions including Sr. Sales Leadership, IT, Field Sales, National Accounts, State Government Affairs, Brand Teams, Commercial Services and Commercial Operations & Analytics to deliver Sales Administration solutions that meet their objectives in a predictable and timely manner.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership and oversight of sample management program, including enhancing capabilities
  • Management and evolution of vehicle reimbursement program
  • Ongoing management and continued evolution of CRM (Veeva)
  • Contribute to the change management, communications, and training of solutions
  • Support onboarding/off boarding of field team
  • Work with Sales Analytics, MDM team, IT, HR, Legal and Finance on cross functional solutions to support the field team and stakeholders
  • Assist in the administration and support of field-based technology tools

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years in a Sales Operations or related role
  • Experience hiring, developing and leading a team is a plus
