This Executive Director will develop/implement strategic plans, service line growth opportunities, maintains budget oversight and staff productivity metrics and ensures quality services are provided in Women's Services. This unit has 16 LDRs, 41 bed Mother/Baby rooms and has close to 3000 births per year. Through oversight of clinical operations, this person will develop this service line with measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and customer patient satisfaction.


  • Build “high risk” business through state of New Mexico (20%-30% travel to rural areas) grow to 3,200 births
  • Need to identify what other services are needed to build the “high risk” programs
  • Standardize improvement utility of evidence based practices
  • Mentor newly promoted manager
  • Team building, staff stabilization and ensure an engaged and accountable culture
