I am currently seeking a Director, US Marketing Neurology who will lead the Life Cycle and Market Development strategy for the U.S. Neurology Business Unit.



  • Strong US focused pharma/biotech marketing background
  • Neurology background (movement disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s, NOT psych/CNS) very strongly preferred
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Lifecycle management experience
  • National Academic Account experience is a plus
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally, as well as cross-geographically
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship

TITLE:   Director, US Neurology Marketing


REPORTS TO:  Vice President, US BU Leader - Neurology                       

RELO:   Yes

The Director, U.S. Neurology Marketing reports into the Vice President, U.S. Business Unit leader - Neurology and has responsibility for strategic planning critical to drive long term success for the Neurology Business Unit.



  • Lead Life Cycle and Market Development strategy for the U.S. Neurology Business Unit (BU)
  • Lead Neurology BU Strategic Planning, including integration with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Responsible for developing customer insights through market research, advisory boards and ongoing KOL Engagements
  • Develop Neurology BU strategy and activities to drive growth in Key Customer Segment – National Academic Accounts
  • Lead Neurology BU Market Access strategy, including the development of channel strategies and customized marketing programs
  • Cultivates strong relationships with cross functional teams including external vendors, finance and the field sales organization to ensure seamless execution and tracking of marketing activities and tactics


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA Strongly Preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience pharma/biotech marketing
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
