Jeff Dean joined Parkwood International as Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for all company activities and results. His goal is to lead Parkwood to new levels of success.
Jeff brings to Parkwood 12 years of experience running single and multiple office staffing firms. The companies he has run have consistently exceeded the goals he set. His orientation is to build teams through collaborative engagement. He believes the leader’s role is to serve the people in his organization to provide them the support and tools they need to do their job efficiently and productively.
Jeff also started a business from scratch and within four years led it to become one of the most successful businesses in the industry. This was accomplished by focusing on critical metrics and relentlessly keeping the needs of his clients at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
