I was invited to join Parkwood International in April 2013.
My industry experience began years prior where I turned investor capital into realistic ROI’s and profit to educated risk-takers. Along the way, I gained exposure to the individual moving parts on the Micro-Vertical. From surface/mineral rights to a strong understanding of Geologic concepts and first-hand exposure to conventional and unconventional operations, I enjoy the raw concept of turning science and technology into capital and earning the relationships and knowledge gained along the way.
My passion for the industry translates directly to my passion for its people. My approach to building solid relationships with my clients and candidates in the industry is reflective of the time I spend getting to know each. I handle my business with integrity. I earn Trust through tenacity, empathy, compassion, and respect. I value the time I spend developing these relationships and the importance of understanding goals of others and how I can best apply my understanding and expertise in meeting their needs.
To partner up with small to mid-size E&P clients, understand their culture, financial funding, leadership, operational focus, and strategy and introduce this knowledge to talented and ambitious technical professionals in the industry.
